Hi-Tech Weld Overlay Group is a specialty industrial contractor providing automated Weld Overlay, Code Welding, and other Support Services to petroleum refining, chemical, power utility, pulp and paper and other process type industries.  Our automated applied weld overlays provide corrosion resistance and/or base metal restoration for process vessels and boiler water-walls. 

Hi-Tech also provides other code related welding and repairs to process vessels such as, removal and reinstallation of nozzles, tray rings and miscellaneous internals/attachments.  Support services that can also be performed by Hi-Tech include abrasive blasting, base metal repairs, carbon arc gouging, lining removals, NDE (VT, PT, UT Thickness) and PMI verifications. 

Hi-Tech specializes in rapid mobilization to quickly and safely repair your plant equipment during planned and unplanned outages ensuring that plant downtime is minimized.  Our permanent repairs help to eliminate future unplanned maintenance and equipment downtime.
